Please read these Terms and Conditions completely. This Agreement documents the legally binding Terms and Conditions attached to the use of the site https://beastybeers.com and the products and services of Beasty Beers.
By using or accessing https://beastybeers.com in any way, viewing or browsing the https://beastybeers.com, or adding your own content to https://beastybeers.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
“Beasty Beers” is the commercial name of the ENI (Empresário em Nome Individual) in the name of Mette Louise Rurup, under NIF/VAT and EORI number PT305740261. In these Terms and Conditions we refer to this legal entity using the commercial name “Beasty Beers”.
The name “Beasty Beers” is registered for exclusive use by Mette Louise Rurup at the Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial as a national brand name in NICE classification 32 (beverages including all types of beer), the acceptance was published in the Boletim Nov 10th 2023. Registo de marca nacional n.º 706129, Boletim da Propriedade Industrial n.º 218/2023.
Our administration office is located at EM514-2, Asseca 365-X, 8800-251 Tavira, Portugal. It is not possible to visit this address or buy products at this address. Currently our store is only online and we do not have a physical store.

The site https://beastybeers.com and all of its original content are the sole property of Beasty Beers and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. This includes, but is not restricted to, the logo, the labels, the drawings of the animals on the labels, the website design, the company name, the names of the beers. None of the original content can be used except in reference to Beasty Beers. Contact us in case of doubt.
Clients can subscribe to Beasty Beer packages to be delivered monthly to their home in Portugal on the third Thursday of the month.
The subscription is started by buying a subscription product on the website and paying the first month. By buying the subscription product the client agrees to a monthly direct debit by Beasty Beers (in name of the ENI Mette Louise Rurup) starting at the second month, unless the subscription is paused or canceled by the client.
Beasty Beers will send an e-mail each month to the client to remind the client of the upcoming delivery, which at that point can easily be paused, canceled or adapted by the client by replying to the e-mail, or by logging into their account. Taste preferences or size changes can only be requested via info@beastybeers.com or 926449398 (telephone or whatsapp), pausing or canceling can also be done through the account.
The client can pause or cancel the subscription at any time. There is no minimal term for subscriptions. Beasty Beers guarantees that any change will be processed up to three days before the third Thursday of the month. Within three days before the third Thursday of the month we will strive to pause or cancel the delivery if requested by the client, but we cannot guarantee it.
If the client is not at home at the time of delivery, a new delivery attempt will be made the next day. If this fails we will contact the client to agree on a suitable delivery time or location.
Beasty Beers reserves the right to refuse you as a customer.
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

Beasty Beers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on https://beastybeers.com and we will e-mail the updated agreement to our subscription customers if anything changes with regard to Terms and conditions of the subscriptions. The possibility to pause or cancel subscriptions at any time will not be adapted: our subscription clients can pause or cancel their subscription at any time.
Your decision to continue to visit and make use of https://beastybeers.com after such changes have been made, constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Beasty Beers site immediately.
