Returns Policy

If you receive a package which is damaged, please mention this immediately to the person that makes the delivery. Take pictures of the damaged package before opening it, and contact us as soon as possible.

Beers

Due to the perishability of beer, especially in uncontrolled conditions, our beers cannot be returned unless something is clearly out of order with the product. In that case, please contact us via e-mail or our website within 14 days after delivery and you will receive an equivalent replacement at no cost.

We may ask you to return the package for evaluation, at our expense.

Non-refundable items

The following items are non-refundable:

    • Gift cards

    • Donations

    • Sales items

Other products

Purchased items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please keep in mind that our merchandise items are printed uniquely for you upon your order. To prevent unnecessary returns of merchandise items, carefully check the size tables before ordering. If unsure, measure your favorite shirt and order the best matching size.

If you do need to exchange a merchandise item for a different size, contact us via e-mail or our website, and we will provide you with the necessary information and return address.

Costs of return shipments are not covered by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of acceptance of your return, we will ask you for a preferred payment method of your refund. After receiving this information we will pay your refund within one week.

Defective items

Defective items can be registered for exchange up to 2 months after delivery via e-mail or our website. Do not return the item before contacting us. We will provide you with a method of returning your defective product. If available, will send you a new item as soon as possible. If unavailable, we will refund the item.

If you return a product before contacting us, we will not refund your shipping costs.
