We have recently slightly adapted the recipe to make the citrus notes stand out more.

Food pairing: Salt, sweet or fatty foods absorb the bitterness and are a good combination to make the flavours stand out more. Spicy foods reinforce the bitterness, this will be appreciated by IPA fans.
